Bergen Volleyball Spring Season 2021

Bergen Volleyball Spring Academy program 2 Season is starting soon!

Two months of volleyball lessons that will develop the growth of fundamental volleyball skills in a positive way.
This program is for kids who want to have the opportunity to learn how to play volleyball.

2 Months / 8 weeks program.  From May 6th to June 26th

$280 per Month + $20 (BVC Registration fee/onetime payment per program)

This program focuses on all aspects of the game with an emphasis on fundamentals, rules and technic:

• Motor Skill Development: Speed-Reaction-Ability and Power.  Jump.  Footwork.
• Strength Training:  Endurance. Plyometric exercises. Digging.
• Space Management: Block. Overhand Service. Hand-Eye-Feet coordination.
• Technique: Passing/Defense Platform.  Setting.  Strategy.

AGE GROUPS AND SCHEDULE

11-13 years old Thursday 7:30 – 9:00pm (Court #1)

14-16 years old Thursday 7:30 – 9:00pm (Court #2)
