VOLLEYBALL CAMPS

Bergen Volleyball Summer Camps offer programs for all ages and levels. Our program is designed to help boys and girls between the ages of 7 – 16 learn the fundamentals of Volleyball focusing on FUN, FITNESS & FELLOWSHIP volleyball activities.

All aspects of the game will be taught in our Volleyball Summer Camps: Passing, Setting, Spiking, Blocking, Digging, and Serving.

In the first part of the class, the kids learn the fundamentals of the game through drills skills development, and fitness exercises.

In the second part of the class, the players are divided into groups to play a fun and friendly game where they apply what was taught in the lesson. Players play by modified rules regarding serve and position. All kids will be involved in the game.

Bergen Volleyball Summer Camps Levels:  FunVolley Level: Introduction to the game, Novice Level: Active Start and assessment, Intermediate Level: Sport Fundamentals, Advance Level: Learn to Train.
